Job Summary
Infrastructure Construction Project Manager with extensive experience leading large-scale design and construction efforts. Responsible for planning project logistics, managing vendor contracts, coordinating multiple projects, mitigating risk (AHJ and design/engineering considerations), ensuring contractual compliance, and guiding client engagement through budget and schedule monitoring, while mentoring team members and aligning with PMR policies.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree, or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university
- 10-15 years of building, design, and construction experience in project management, construction administration or construction field management
- Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred
- Construction field experience on large-scale infrastructure work and knowledge of construction best practices is required
- Understanding of the design process that drives scope and budget development is desirable
- Construction cost estimating experience is desirable
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or estimating experience is desirable
- Experience with vertical construction, high density or high profile projects is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; Familiarity with BIM
