Infrastructure / Cloud Lead (Local Development Centre)

Job Summary
Lead the design, deployment, and operation of cloud and infrastructure platforms to support development, testing, and production environments. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to infrastructure and cloud engineers; establish infrastructure standards and platform best practices; drive automation, configuration management, and environment provisioning; collaborate with software, DevSecOps, systems integration, test, and reliability teams; ensure security, reliability, availability, and performance; participate in architecture reviews and risk management; support knowledge transfer with customers in Singapore and collaboration with US teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or systems administration
- Experience leading infrastructure or cloud engineering teams on complex technology programs
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent environments
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure architecture, networking, security, and operational support
- Experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management, and cloud deployment practices
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience mentoring engineers and supporting knowledge transfer, workforce development, training, technical capability development
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: experience leading co-development teams with customers/partners, IaC and CI/CD tooling, cloud certifications
- Candidates with existing authorization to work in Singapore
