Job Summary
Infrastructure Architect role at Kyndryl overseeing technical leadership across Cisco ACI/R&S, SD-WAN, F5 load balancing, and data center networking. Responsibilities include configuring, managing, and troubleshooting DC technologies; defining network topologies; providing strategic direction on architecture and security; mentoring junior engineers; ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and integrated security; staying current with industry trends and opportunities to automate operations; working across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and collaborating with SMEs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-15 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and design
- deep expertise in Cisco ACI, Cisco Routing & Switching (R&S), SD-WAN, F5 Load Balancer, and Cisco Data Center technologies
- Strong expertise in network automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible, REST APIs)
- In-depth knowledge of network security (firewalls, VPNs, NAC)
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Proven track record in architecting and deploying Cisco ACI and SD-WAN at scale
- Certifications: Cisco CCNP or CCIE in Routing & Switching or Data Center (preferred); F5 Certified Administrator (preferred); SD-WAN certification (preferred)
- Willingness to travel may be implied by enterprise role
- Strong understanding of VXLAN, EVPN, and fabric designs
- Experience with Nexus, UCS, Hyperflex and Cisco Data Center solutions
