Job Summary
Infrastructure Architect at Kyndryl responsible for technical leadership in network architecture and client delivery. You will serve as the SME on Cisco ACI, R&S, SD-WAN, data center networking, and load balancing, guiding stakeholder groups from clients to delivery teams. Responsibilities include configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Cisco ACI, R&S, SD-WAN, F5 Load Balancer, and data center environments; overseeing deployment of data center technologies; defining network topologies and ensuring integration across technologies; mentoring junior engineers; ensuring security policies are integrated into designs; driving automation and cost optimization; and staying current with industry trends and cloud networking concepts. The role offers hybrid work culture in multiple Indian locations and opportunities to travel, with potential career growth into enterprise architect or distinguished engineer roles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-15 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and design, with deep expertise in Cisco ACI, Cisco Routing & Switching (R&S), SD-WAN, F5 Load Balancer, and Cisco Data Center technologies
- Strong expertise in network automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible, REST APIs)
- In-depth knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and network access controls
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Proven track record in architecting and deploying Cisco ACI and SD-WAN solutions at scale in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of F5 Load Balancer configurations, including LTM, GTM, and iRules for application traffic management
- Deep understanding of Cisco Data Center solutions (e.g., Nexus, UCS, Hyperflex) and technologies such as VXLAN, EVPN, and fabric designs
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE in Routing & Switching or Data Center (preferred)
- Cisco ACI Specialist or CCNP SD-WAN (preferred)
- F5 Certified Administrator (preferred)
- Relevant SD-WAN certification (e.g., Viptela or Meraki)
