Job Summary
Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator responsible for supporting internal users, designing and evolving on-premises and cloud infrastructures, maintaining a hybrid (on-site + cloud) environment, monitoring systems and managing incidents (on-call rotation), ensuring backup reliability, documenting and improving technical procedures, maintaining IT asset inventory, and participating in security audits. Requires 5+ years in systems and networks, Microsoft 365 (Azure, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Purview, DLP, Autopilot), automation/AI skills (Power Automate, Copilot, Agent365, Claude, GitHub Copilot), strong networking (firewalls, VPN, switches, VPC), AWS (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, WAF), SOC 2 and ISO 27001 familiarity, Jira/Confluence, Windows Server/Linux, VMware/NAS, and bilingual French/English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science (college or university)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and network administration
- Microsoft 365 expertise: Azure, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Purview, DLP, Autopilot
- Automation and AI skills or curiosity (Power Automate, Copilot, Agent365, Claude, GitHub Copilot)
- Strong networking skills (firewalls, VPNs, switches, VPC)
- AWS knowledge (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, WAF) – an asset
- Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 – an asset
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Driver's license - an asset
- Languages: French and English (spoken and written)
