Infrastructure Change Manager

Job Summary
Infrastructure Change Manager responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the program enterprise infrastructure, including VMs, servers, storage, and related components across on-prem and SaaS environments. Requires Azure migration experience, DoD IT exposure, and ability to operate 24x7x365 with after-hours/weekend shifts. Lead and mentor IT teams, manage vendor relationships and budget, ensure DoD security standards (RMF, STIGS) are enforced, coordinate patching and maintenance windows, and participate in Change Control Board activities. DoD contract compliance experience and a security clearance would be advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of IT/Change infrastructure management experience for mid-size datacenters
- Vendor management experience
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise servers, storage, and security protocols (Windows, Linux, SQL, MongoDB, Oracle)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective infrastructure strategies, to include process documentation, policies, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Vendor management skills: Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Experience with ACAS, SPLUNK, Trellix, Forescout, Dynatrace, Tivoli
- 8140 compliance: Must be compliant with DoD 8140 standards or obtain compliance certifications within 90 days
- Clearance required: Public Trust
