Job Summary
Coordinate schedule inputs with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and stakeholders while analyzing project performance against GPC baselines. Assess schedule risks or delays to inform relevant stakeholders and facilitate resolution strategies. Develop and maintain detailed Transmission project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with approved scope, milestones, CPM standards, and WBS. Attend required GPC scheduling best practice training and apply standards to day-to-day activities. Prepare required schedule reports in approved formats and ensure documentation is properly maintained. Travel to project site meetings to support schedule coordination and reviews. Onsite at client site.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field OR equivalent relevant scheduling experience in utility industry in lieu of a degree
- Relevant scheduling certifications aligned to the role
- Proven experience performing project scheduling functions exclusively using Primavera P6
- Schedule development
- Progress tracking
- Project forecasting
- Applying and demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the Critical Path Method (CPM)
Desired Qualifications
- PMI SP, PMP, or similar credentials
