Job Summary
Implement and manage assigned datacenter projects from inception through completion, developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders. Administer resource allocation strategies to distribute work and budgets while exercising authority to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and milestones. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and consult with Project Management III leaders to initiate project effectiveness. Track performance against KPIs, monitor budgets, and report on quality measures to ensure excellence and deadline adherence. This intermediate role supports Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in transforming how capital projects are planned and executed for factories, grids, and transit systems. The position requires a minimum of three years in datacenter construction project management and relevant certifications such as PMI or CAPM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Centers Construction Project Management or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Must have a recognized certification such as PMI Project Management, ReadyTM, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- In-depth understanding of prevailing Project Management methods
- Competent in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
- Effective skills in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
