Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Construction Inspector II, ANS

Conduct daily site inspections of reinforcing steel, concrete, foundations, and utilities to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes. Coordinate and witness concrete and materials testing activities, including sampling and compressive strength checks, while documenting force account work and measuring pay quantities. Review contractor schedules and sequencing, identify nonconforming work, and track corrective actions to ensure project delivery meets quality standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including inspection reports, testing records, and daily reports, while applying working knowledge of ACI, CRSI, ASTM, and ICC requirements. Serve as a key field representative in construction, safety, and project coordination meetings, coordinating with owners, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Onsite at client or delivery center locations with flexibility for in-person collaboration.
