Job Summary
Lead management teams across large projects and accounts, working with client commercial and business stakeholders to understand client needs. Develop staff across multiple projects, identify and escalate contract risks, and drive resolution. Engage in pre-award sales activities, assist with deal shaping, and negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes, including contract drafting. Build trusted relationships with client counterparts while being a leader and collaborator capable of influencing decisions across executives and non-executives. Flexible work location includes a mix of remote and on-site collaboration with clients or in Accenture offices; some in-person time is expected to support relationship-building and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 yrs. relevant experience as a contract manager with exposure to complex deals
- Proven team management experience
- Open to collaboration with client executives and cross-cultural teams
