Job Summary
Monitor and supervise Infrastructure project activities on site to ensure completion within agreed timelines and quality requirements. Evaluate and develop bi-weekly project progress reports, and prepare work progress claim documents (BAPP, BAST) ensuring claims match actual site progress. Ensure site preparation and access road completion before contract award, and provide technical support for Estate Operations regarding infrastructure items, road maintenance, housing, and inspections. This role supports sustainable palm oil production across Indonesia's plantations and mills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as site engineer or Infrastructure Assistant in Palm Oil-based companies
- Civil/Construction/Structural Placement in Kalimantan Selatan
