Job Summary
Implement modern databases for migration efforts to cloud environments, converting legacy systems to transactional/relational platforms. Update assessments of current database environments, documenting platforms, versions, configurations, performance metrics, bottlenecks, and security controls. Develop and define migration execution strategies, updating modernization roadmaps and architectures to support scaling from prototype to production. Serve as a technical expert providing direction on infrastructure and database upgrade implementations while developing required documentation and training. Support pre-production environment build-out including cloud native capabilities, ZT/ICAM integration, and ingestion of modern file standards. This role is contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) years
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, IT, or closely related discipline
- Secret
- IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at time of proposal submission
- Resume shall demonstrate experience working in legacy system modernization efforts
- Must demonstrate experience working with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud solutions
- Must have supported DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher
- Must have a strong command of the English language
- Demonstrated experience with hierarchical-to-relational database transition
- Demonstrated experience with large complex financial management systems
- Extensive experience working highly complex IT systems

- Priority given to personnel with demonstrated experience within the federal Government
- Priority given to personnel with demonstrated experience within the DoD
- Travel to on-site meetings in Columbus, OH
- Onsite once per month (average) up to 3 days
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with full stack infrastructure deployments highly preferred
- Preferred experience working with AI/ML tools
- AI/ML experience is preferred
