INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT

Manage and maintain all facility infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and security equipment. Conduct routine inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and execute emergency repairs to ensure operational safety. Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement and oversee installation of new systems. Work flexible hours as needed to support facility operations, with on-call availability for critical incidents. This role supports the organization's mission by keeping physical assets functional and secure for all staff.
