Job Summary
Analyze, verify, and process electronic parking violations by validating session details, timestamps, and vehicle photo flows. Navigate multiple databases simultaneously to perform data entry and remotely identify software technical errors. Report issues regarding parking camera obstructions, adjustments, and focusing. Assist with special projects, hardware asset management, shipping, and receiving as directed by a supervisor. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing tight deadlines and adhering to SLAs in a multi-tasking environment. Fluency in English and French is required for effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Ability to lift and move boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong, clear and effective English & French written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated record of providing strong customer service in a multi-tasking environment
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Remaining positive and persistent in the face of challenges

Desired Qualifications
- Webex Contact Center Platform, preferred
- Customer Service: 1 year, preferred
- User experience with Salesforce preferred, or other relevant CRM or ITSM Ticketing tools
- Parking Enforcement Software, a plus
