Job Summary
Infra Tech Support Practitioner role focused on providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products across on-site and remote environments. The Site Reliability Engineer role emphasizes automation, observability, incident response, and performance engineering to maintain continuous service reliability while accelerating delivery velocity. Key duties include monitoring uptime, latency, and throughput to meet SLOs; incident management and RCA driving postmortems; building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, and related tools; implementing monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, CloudWatch); capacity planning and scalable infrastructure design; change/release management with safe rollout and automated testing; disaster recovery and resilience through multi-region strategies and failover automation; collaboration with product, design, ML, and DevOps teams; and leveraging cloud IaaS/PaaS and automation across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role requires strong scripting (Python/Go/Bash/JS), cloud expertise, Linux networking, and security/compliance awareness. Certifications in leading cloud and DevOps tools are specified as required/preferred. Location for the posted Gurugram, India opportunity is hybrid in nature, with both remote and onsite work supported.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
- Expertise in Python, Go, Bash, or JavaScript for automation and tooling
- Hands-on with cloud environments AWS, Azure, GCP and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Terraform
- Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures
- Experience with observability solutions Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, or New Relic
- Familiarity with incident management and alerting platforms (PagerDuty, xMatters)
- Proficiency in CI/CD frameworks such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Working knowledge of security, compliance, and performance optimization for highly available systems
- Certifications (Required / Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), HashiCorp Terraform Associate, Certified DevOps Engineer certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google)
