Job Summary
Infra Tech Support Practitioner responsible for ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, working across remote and onsite environments. Role involves hardware/software support, implementing technology at the operating system level across server and network areas, and performing basic to intermediate troubleshooting (L1/L2). Candidates are expected to become SMEs, participate in team discussions, and contribute to solving work-related problems. Strong emphasis on cloud design and build, cloud architecture, virtualization and containerization, network protocols, and security best practices. The position is based at the Bengaluru office with a requirement of 15 years full-time education and at least 3 years of relevant cloud-focused experience.
Required Qualifications

- Cloud Design and Build proficiency
- Experience with virtualization technologies and containerization
- Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud environments
- Based at Bengaluru office
