Job Summary
Infra Tech Support Practitioner responsible for ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems, providing hardware/software OS-level support across servers and network components, and troubleshooting from L1 to L2 levels. Must manage and support configured services across diverse platforms, with remote and onsite work in Kolkata. Must have at least 5 years of experience with GitLab CI/CD; Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD is required and Ansible on Microsoft Azure is desirable. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams, guiding junior members, and making decisions to improve system reliability and performance.
