Infosec Site Reliability Engineering

Design and implement foundational SRE practices including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and incident management frameworks. Partner with InfoSec and engineering teams to define reliability standards, operating models, and establish SRE adoption roadmaps. Develop operational runbooks, playbooks, and automate incident workflows while integrating alerting and on-call workflows using PagerDuty. Lead incident reviews and postmortems to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Execute chaos engineering experiments to identify failure modes and validate system resilience improvements. 8–10 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles required. Demonstrated expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure integrations. Proficiency with monitoring and observability platforms (NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana) and incident management systems (PagerDuty). Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and incident workflow automation. Strong expertise in automation scripting and runbook generation. Proven track record designing and implementing system reliability, performance, and scalability improvements. Experience with chaos engineering, failure mode analysis, and proactive resilience validation.
