Job Summary
Conduct diversified technical and administrative tasks for small and medium businesses in East Tennessee, focusing on Windows desktop/laptop support, hardware peripherals, and Office applications. Troubleshoot software and tools while providing on-call support as required. Manage Windows Server configuration, virtualization environments, and network equipment including firewalls and routers. Deliver knowledge and skills to clients and the management team with a willingness for continued learning. This full-time role reports daily to the PDS office in Morristown, TN, requiring a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of one (1) year of applicable work experience supporting business level IT operations
- Windows desktop OS and earlier
- Business IT hardware peripheral support (printers and other devices)
- Windows Office Application support
- General IT business level support and troubleshooting of software and other tools
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or higher degree in a relevant discipline
- Relevant and current technology certifications
- Windows Server support, configuration, and administration
