Job Summary
Technical Product Owner for Care Analytics leads the AI-first roadmap and execution of AI innovations, focusing on automating and streamlining processes using AI or RPA. Responsibilities include defining the AI and RPA roadmap, identifying automation opportunities, promoting AI adoption, maintaining a structured backlog, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria with governance and validation, owning the Product Catalog and documentation, collaborating with AI/RPA engineers, DBAs and ETL teams, overseeing testing and compliant use of AI, and ensuring deployed AI models are maintained. Strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Search, and Vision technologies (or equivalents) and clear documentation of integration requirements and testing outcomes are required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare integrations, data exchange, or health data standards.
- Experience with agentic AI and AI API integrations.
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other data-intensive environments preferred.
- Familiarity with .NET, SQL Server, or other enterprise-grade technologies preferred.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent preferred.
