Job Summary
Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and clear development roadmaps while defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical enablers for the product backlog. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to prioritize items balancing new features, technical debt reduction, and infrastructure improvements. Partner with teams during sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions to validate design decisions and clarify requirements, ensuring product progress, risks, and dependencies are communicated effectively. Support DevOps, cloud (e.g., Azure) optimization, and automation initiatives to enhance delivery velocity and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and integration patterns
- Experience working with development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
- Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, software engineering, or business analysis in an Agile environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other data-intensive environments preferred
- Familiarity with .NET, SQL Server, or other enterprise-grade technologies preferred
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent preferred
