Job Summary
Own and manage the Microsoft Intune platform, designing configuration profiles, compliance policies, and update strategies. Lead Windows Autopilot deployments and oversee application packaging for Win32, MSIX, and Store apps across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Manage the full device lifecycle from onboarding to retirement while ensuring security alignment with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access policies. Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and operational guidance to a small Modern Workplace team handling Teams telephony, meeting room technology, and patching. Drive standardisation, documentation, and continuous service improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise endpoint management or Modern Workplace environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune
- Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, Autopilot, and modern device management
- Experience with application packaging and deployment
- Previous Team Lead or Team Manager experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, device identity, and Conditional Access
- Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and device hardening
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience mentoring technical teams
- Strong communication skills in English
