Job Summary
Move computer hardware and equipment, install software applications, and troubleshoot and repair hardware problems. Provide basic front-end desktop computer, printer, and copier support for end users while ensuring timely and professional technical assistance. Assist the Operations Manager and the Director in other duties as assigned. This role is restricted to students, incoming students, and spouses of current students and offers a pay rate of $15.45 an hour.
Required Qualifications
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of desktop computers and operating systems
- Strong understanding of Microsoft based applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data wiring and connectivity
- Experience with telephone systems
- Undergraduate College Degree
- College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related program
