Job Summary
Provide new device setup, configuration, and deployment of PCs, laptops, Chromebooks, and cell phones for La Jornada programs. Support the IT team in hardware and software maintenance, run updates and backups, and deliver end-user help desk assistance. Research unusual bugs or issues encountered during operations. Maintain the IT inventory for La Jornada and perform physical site changes, adds, and moves. Perform other duties as requested while adhering to the National Youth Advocate Program's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to travel frequently
- Ability to drive vehicle while sitting for extended periods
