Job Summary
Information Technology Support - Evening Shift delivering Level 1 IT operations support to enable after-hours and 24x7 clinical triage services. Reports to the Director of IT Operations and handles access requests, Microsoft 365 user administration, provisioning/deprovisioning, troubleshooting login and device issues, maintaining documentation, remote onboarding/offboarding, hardware preparation and logistics, inventory tracking, and coordinating phone system updates. Entry-level to early-career role with potential growth in healthcare technology operations. On-site in Brentwood, TN, with a standard schedule of 2:30 PM–11:30 PM and possible rotational after-hours coverage; focused on supporting clinical staff with reliable, secure systems.
