Job Summary
Conduct desktop setup, imaging, software installation, and hardware upgrades while troubleshooting technology failures. Resolve help desk tickets efficiently by identifying and fixing issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. Architect and maintain standard workstation images, manage patch distribution, and ensure operating systems receive latest security updates and driver maintenance. Apply Active Directory group policies and configuration modifications to meet customer needs. Provide ongoing hardware and software support for all technologies within the South Allegheny School District.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in technically related field preferred
- Experience providing computer and network support
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Must possess extensive troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communications
- Act 151: Child Abuse History Clearance
- Act 34: Pennsylvania State Criminal History Clearance
- Act 114: Federal Criminal History Clearance
- Act 168: Required Employment History Review
- Act 24: Arrest/Criminal Conviction Report

- PC Security Administration/Update experience
