Job Summary
Provide Level 1 technical support to PCLI staff and doctors by resolving end-user problems and questions reported to the IT Help Desk. Maintain the department ticketing system and knowledge database while configuring new hardware, software, and communications equipment for the corporate network and medical devices. Assist with daily system management, including maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment, potentially traveling to any PCLI branch. This role requires working Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Friday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and involves mandatory travel up to a week at a time using company vehicles and aircraft.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of previous computer support experience
- Computer certification examples: A+, Network +, MCP
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating systems
- Ability to learn independently from manuals and/or experimentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Pleasant, cooperative, caring attitude
- The ability to work with a team to set and achieve common goals
- Ability to drive a vehicle
- Ability to fly in small aircraft
- Travel REQUIRED (can be up to a week at a time) with transportation in company vehicles and aircraft
- Lift up to 75 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- MCSA Certification preferred
- Associate's degree in computer science or computer related field preferred
