Job Summary
Evaluate and implement IT strategy and solutions for Eataly USA locations and corporate offices, advising upper-level management on infrastructure needs. Manage IT projects from start to finish, develop standard operating procedures, and ensure performance of in-store POS systems. Support new store openings by implementing technology and resolving customer service requests. Analyze system issues to drive development and enhancement of IT systems. Work autonomously with occasional travel across the USA. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of related IT experience, and specialized knowledge in computer systems analysis.
