Job Summary
Converge multiple IT platforms and execute project implementations while managing and prioritizing all phases to maintain high quality standards. Devise new IT processes for continuous improvement and collaborate with team members using strong written and verbal communication skills. Utilize knowledge of computer systems, cybersecurity, data analytics, and networking to creatively solve technical problems. Participate in a 24-month rotation covering application development, security, infrastructure, and business analytics. Work on-site five days per week with a Bachelor's degree in an IT field and 0-3 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent degree in the IT field
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
