Job Summary
Oversee and enhance IT systems for Urbana Country Club, including system administration, network operations, backups and recovery, email systems, staff IT support, and maintenance of Crescendo Phone System, Unifi, Windows Server/Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365; lead project prioritization, asset management, and technical communication to non-technical staff.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of systems experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of LANs and Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment
- System-related professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred
