Information Technology Manager

Information Technology Manager responsible for overseeing the security, integrity, and maintenance of IT systems within a hospitality environment, with emphasis on aligning IT initiatives to business readiness, contingency planning, system installations, and stakeholder acceptance. Drives IT strategy, ensures compliant and auditable IT functions, manages licensing and upgrades, negotiates service and maintenance agreements, fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders, reviews system performance, supports audits and governance, and leads with a hands-on, guest-service mindset to enable exceptional hospitality experiences. Must demonstrate problem-solving, leadership, and the ability to deliver value through technology improvements in a hospitality context.
