Job Summary
IT Manager responsible for leading the company’s IT function across the steel manufacturing facility, developing and implementing IT strategy, managing IT infrastructure and production systems, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, administering ERP and enterprise applications, and driving technology-driven improvements to operations. Requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and experience supporting IT operations in an industrial setting; will oversee budgets, policies, vendor relationships, and IT service delivery to support manufacturing planning, inventory control, quality management, and reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ progressive IT experience
- At least 3 years in an IT leadership or supervisory role
- Experience within manufacturing, steel, engineering, FMCG, mining, or industrial environments preferred
- Proven experience managing ERP systems and enterprise applications
