Job Summary

IT Service Manager role responsible for the global delivery of IT services within SPIROL's manufacturing environment. Manages day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, vendor escalations, server/network software configuration, and service desk improvements. Leads cybersecurity policy updates and continuous improvements. Requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 8-10 years IT experience with 3-5 years in management, and relevant IT certifications. On-site role based in Danielson, CT.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • 8-10 years IT experience
  • 3-5 years in a management role
  • ITIL/ITSM/COBIT5/CompTIA/CAPM certifications or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing helpdesk functions and network engineering
  • Ability to document IT procedures and policies

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • 8-10 years of progressive IT experience
  • 3-5 years in a management/leadership role
  • Professional IT certifications (ITSM, ITIL, COBIT 5, CompTIA, CAPM) or commensurate experience in a controlled IT environment
  • Experience managing helpdesk functions, network engineering, and/or other IT professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to document procedures and support IT policy
  • Experience with server/network infrastructure, operating systems, and software configuration
