Job Summary
IT Officer will provide first-line end-user support for desktop PCs, laptops, printers, servers, network connectivity, and remote access, coordinate with the US IT team on upgrades and projects, and implement IT policies. Responsibilities include maintaining antivirus on servers/clients, configuring user accounts and access rights, training staff on new technologies, using Jira for ticket resolution, and supporting office devices and end-user computing environments. Required skills include Power Automate, SharePoint, Jira, Starlink, Starlink network equipment, and familiarity with KoboToolbox/ODK Dimagi, with strong Ukrainian and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies or Related Field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of end-user IT support experience or equivalent in networked environments
- Proficiency with Power Automate, SharePoint, Jira; familiarity with SentinelOne, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English
- Experience with incident management and IT service delivery in NGO or similar environment
