Job Summary
IT Director role responsible for overseeing all technology operations at SPIROL, developing and implementing strategic IT plans, ensuring regulatory compliance in security and privacy, driving enterprise-wide digital solutions, and leading networks and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity. Requires collaboration with executive leadership, ability to deliver 5-year roadmaps, experience in manufacturing (Automotive/Aerospace preferred), and a strong track record of managing IT departments and cross-functional teams. On-site role located in Danielson, CT with global travel. The position emphasizes leadership in information technology strategy, governance, and operations to improve SPIROL's global competitiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Manufacturing environment experience required (Automotive or Aerospace preferred)
- 10+ years' managing an IT department
- Demonstrated experience driving and implementing 5-year plans and roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization, communicating effectively (verbal / written)
- Ability to travel to all SPIROL facilities globally
