Information Technology (IT) Director

Job Summary
Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them against established objectives while ensuring compliance with global and governmental security and privacy regulations. Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize information technology use by designing programs that drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Provide technical leadership to functional councils and subject matter experts to deliver digital solutions that enhance operations and improve global competitiveness. Direct network and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity protocols minimize disruption during emergencies or data loss events. Manage operational elements of IT systems, implementing corrective actions through root cause analysis and continuous improvement. This role requires a 100% on-site presence in Danielson, CT, with the ability to travel globally to all SPIROL facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Manufacturing environment experience
- 10+ years' managing an IT department
- Demonstrated experience driving and implementing 5-year plans and roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization
- Ability to travel to all SPIROL facilities globally
