Job Summary
Support ITS staff and customers by assisting with hardware, software, information security, and data analytics tasks. Follow verbal and written procedures and technical instructions with minimal supervision. Gain experience in server, network switch, and personal computer maintenance, as well as clinical and business application support. Maintain aptitude to learn new technologies while adhering to established protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree-granting program
- Experience or technical knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Experience or technical knowledge of application support/development
- Experience or technical knowledge of database administration
- Experience or technical knowledge of information security
- Experience or technical knowledge of data analytics
- Basic technical skills
