Job Summary
Information Technology Intern at First Quality Tissue site in Lock Haven, PA, will identify, diagnose, and resolve level-one hardware and software issues in distributed desktop environments; responsibilities include assisting employees with IT issues, providing desktop support, installing/upgrading hardware and software, configuring peripherals, prioritizing/troubleshooting incidents, escalating to management/vendors when needed, maintaining IT inventory, supporting IT team on research and special projects, and delivering a positive customer-support experience; ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a 2.8+ GPA and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
