Job Summary
Plan, organize, and control activities across enterprise-wide programs within defined scope, timeline, and budget. Develop comprehensive program plans, track milestones and dependencies, and partner across functions to build business cases and manage budgets. Drive process reengineering to simplify workflows and champion AI-enabled tools for accelerated delivery. Lead Steering Committee meetings, manage risks, and oversee resource allocation and executive reporting. Maintain focus on regulatory, actuarial, and financial complexity inherent in insurance and reinsurance programs. Influence cross-functional teams and vendors to drive accountability using strong negotiation and conflict-management skills. Champion continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and agility to enable teams to respond effectively to changing business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of program leadership in the Insurance and/or Financial Services domain
- Direct experience in life and annuity products and/or reinsurance
- Experience with block acquisitions
- Experience with treaty reinsurance
- Experience with closed-block or in-force management
- Experience with policy administration
- Strong finance orientation
- Ability to partner with Finance and Actuarial teams
- Capacity to interpret business cases and financial models with multi-year program budgets
- Demonstrated familiarity with AI, automation, and data-driven delivery
- Readiness to apply emerging technologies for the improvement of business initiatives
- Familiarity with process reengineering and workflow optimization
- Track record of delivering pragmatic, scalable improvements
- Deep knowledge of project portfolio management
- Deep knowledge of program governance
- Deep knowledge of risk management
- Deep knowledge of change enablement
- Proven leadership with mentorship
- Ability to cultivate project management best practices with junior talent
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and inspire high-performing teams

- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-management abilities
- Aptitude to influence and drive alignment at all levels of the organization
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship
