The Information Technology Coordinator delivers services across IT disciplines including service management, incident management, and application administration, while supporting IT project management initiatives. Works under the Director Strategy Operations and Culture (DSOC) with matrix management to the OI Global Service Desk, collaborating with Programs & Operations teams, key strategic partners (OiP, OAU, OI) and external IT partners and suppliers. Emphasizes a growth mindset to explore opportunities to maximize technological solutions for greater efficiency and impact.
