Information Technology Coordinator II

Information Technology Coordinator II for UT Austin Enterprise Technology supports the Next Generation Network program. The role acts as primary point of contact for scheduling, submitting updates, coordinating meetings among campus groups, communicating with stakeholders, and documenting and supporting planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and managing detailed project implementation schedules across campus, coordinating space access across buildings, serving as a liaison between IT, Facilities, and non-IT campus groups, tracking scope, milestones, deliverables, action items, and risks, facilitating migrations and campus changes, ensuring space readiness, and maintaining schedules, coordination logs, dependency lists, and change records. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage large task lists, adapt to changing priorities, and provide cross-CSU coordination and documentation support. Must be authorized to work in the United States; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. The position is hybrid (up to one day per week in the Austin office) with flexibility to work remotely within the United States.
