Job Summary
Support DoD Special Access Programs (SAPs) and SCI/SAP activities within a cybersecurity-focused IT role. Provide day-to-day operational support for collateral and SCI/SAP environments; establish complex configuration controls and system interfaces; maintain file servers, firewalls, network access, and security monitoring; analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies; prepare systems for operational use and testing; review and update authorization packages; coordinate cybersecurity aspects of the Bodies of Evidence for authorizations; identify vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures; perform COMSEC account/equipment management; provide VTC system administration, scheduling, and configuration; assist in Help Desk tasks, user provisioning, and hardware/software configuration; patching and upgrades; laptop support; and ensure compliance with security policies. Requires relevant certifications within 6 months, TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and 2+ years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience
- IAT Level I or IAM Level I - within 6 months of hire
- US Citizenship Required
- TS/SCI clearance (must currently possess) and ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 2+ years of related experience
