Job Summary
IT&T Assistant/Supervisor based in Singapore; responsible for ongoing maintenance of hotel IT & telecommunications systems including end-user desktop applications (Microsoft Office, PMS, POS, back-of-house apps), servers, network hardware, IPTV, PABX, and support for staff and hotel guests. Provides technical services for events, performs hardware/software asset management, supports IT&T infrastructure (servers, data network, IP technology, guest Internet, admin network), coordinates with vendors on maintenance and implementation, and responds to information security incidents. Requires Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, strong communication skills, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. On-site role within Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, with 24-hour standby during outages or events.
