Job Summary
Work with the Technology Lead to drive platform convergence and execute implementation while managing and prioritizing multiple project phases. Devise and implement new IT processes for continuous improvement, delivering solutions with a hands-on attitude and strong work ethic. Collaborate with team members using strong written and verbal communication skills to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative high-quality solutions within IT. Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week. This role is part of a cross-functional team supporting Lutron's market position as the world leader in smart lighting and shading systems, offering opportunities to transition into management or explore diverse IT functions including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Web Science or Mathematics
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
