Job Summary
Provide technical support to students, staff, and administration across High School and district facilities by troubleshooting and repairing Windows, ChromeOS, macOS, and mobile devices. Manage network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, and telecommunications systems while deploying, inventorying, and maintaining student and staff devices. Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, support instructional technology and classroom tools, and maintain accurate technology documentation. Offer training to staff on district technology resources and collaborate on district technology initiatives. This 220-day contract begins August 1, 2026, with a starting salary based on experience and an attractive benefit package.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Systems, or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting Windows, ChromeOS, and Google Workspace environments
- Experience with wireless networking, switching, and network troubleshooting
- Experience supporting educational technology and student information systems
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- K-12 educational technology experience
