Information Systems Specialist

Job Summary
Troubleshoot and correct PC hardware and software issues, review help desk requests, and diagnose basic network problems. Provide software support and training to users, create and maintain Active Directory and Office 365 accounts, and configure phone hardware. Pull and terminate network cables, perform TV wall mount installations, and handle other duties as assigned. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows, prior experience with basic IP routing, and a valid driver's license for local travel with company vehicle use. The position involves working scheduled hours and a rotating call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows
- General Audio/Video knowledge
- Prior experience with basic IP routing
- Capable of working independently to find answers to various user issues
- Valid driver's license with acceptable record
- Must be willing to work scheduled hours and a rotating call schedule
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
