Information Systems Security Specialist III

Install hardware, software, and system upgrades to ensure communication devices operate efficiently and securely. Develop and maintain local system design documentation while troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues related to communication systems and devices. Monitor system configurations to ensure security and performance standards are met. Train warfighters and staff on the operation and maintenance of communication systems and software applications, providing instruction on computer applications and communication devices. Assist customers with information technology support and resolve technical issues promptly. Support the provision of various communication devices and technology functions in support of the TACP program.
