Job Summary
Develop and maintain the customer organization information assurance program, identifying IA requirements, personnel, processes, and procedures. Ensure servers, workstations, applications, and communications devices are properly configured for network operation and availability. Assist the Primary Property Custodian with asset management and ensure compliance with local ECO, DoD, Air Force, and government policies. Verify adherence to regulations for hardware asset management while utilizing approved tracking tools and SharePoint sites. This full-time position requires a US citizen with a current Secret clearance and 5+ years of information security experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in information security
- HS diploma or GED
- Security+ CE certified
- Strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD and applicable Federal Cybersecurity Directives and Instructions
- Able to work dynamically and effectively with people on projects (formal and informal) and conduct technical interchanges as required
- Strong communication, organizational, customer service and critical thinking skills
- Must be a US citizen
- hold a current Secret clearance
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation
- must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
