Information Systems Security Manager - Advanced

Lead and oversee information security budget, staffing, and contracting while establishing the enterprise information security architecture with the organization's overall security strategy. Acquire and manage resources, including financial support and key personnel, to reduce organizational risk and conduct an effective enterprise continuity of operations program. Advise senior management on risk levels, security posture, and cost/benefit analysis of security programs, policies, and systems. Coordinate cybersecurity inspections, tests, and reviews for the network environment, ensuring requirements are integrated into continuity planning and that safeguards are evaluated and validated. Manage monitoring of security data sources to maintain situational awareness, publish Computer Network Defense guidance, and analyze threat information. Oversee the information security training and awareness program, interpret patterns of noncompliance, and interface with external organizations to disseminate incident and defense information.
