Job Summary
Design and define system architectures for new and existing solutions, focusing on data transfers, cross-domain services, and workload integrations. Implement and maintain hybrid cloud integrations across multiple public cloud providers while resolving complex technical issues requiring detailed analysis. Assist in planning large-scale projects through vendor comparisons and cost studies, then support the implementation, configuration, and operations of multiple systems to ensure mission-aligned performance. This role reports to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling up to full-time, based upon the needs of the client.
Required Qualifications
- Reports to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling up to full-time, based upon the needs of the client.
- Master's Degree
- 7 years of IT experience with a focus on architecture design, development or infrastructure.
- 7 years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than 2 years experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment, with at least one year of that total being within the past 5 years.
- Proven experience in developing and implanting enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms and architectures and familiarity with integration patterns and technologies (e.g., APIs, microservices, message queues, cross domain solutions)
- Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills with attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing presentation materials for leadership audiences.
- Active TS/SCI and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
